To fax an appraisal order to J. T. Couch Appraisals:

1. Press button above to print a faxable order form.
2. Fill out your information. Be sure to include key details about your firm, the transmission and the property in question (if applicable). 
3. Fax the order form to us at (1-256-539-7819).

While many of our clients prefer to order appraisals from us via fax we also accept email orders. Contact us at couchceo@msn.com via email and request an appraisal or further information.

We’re notified it’s arrived by strange beeping noises and will immediately handle your request or submission.

Your LOS might have ready-to-print appraisal requests already. No problem – use that instead! You can also download a cover sheet from here. 

Don’t want to visit our website every time you need to order an appraisal? No problem, just use your own corporate covers or simply print out order forms or cover sheets in advance and keep them by the fax machine.

For individuals, filling out our order form by hand works, too. A copy still gets delivered to our system and we can log the appraisal request promptly.
